PhD position : Machine Learning and Data Analytics for IoT
SUMO Lab announces the opening of a PhD position in Machine Learning and Data Analytics for Internet of Things.
SUMO Lab is part of the IDLAB research group (http://idlab.ugent.be) of the Department of Information Technology (INTEC) at Ghent University, Belgium.
We are proud to release the SUMO Toolbox 2016a. This new release can be downloaded through the download page. This release addresses some important bugs caused by Matlab 2015a and newer. Most importantly, crashes in the SUMO toolbox caused by changes in the Matlab plot system and user interface (guide) have been fixed.
Finally, SUMO Lab is now on twitter! Follows us for the latest news on the surrogate modeling (metamodeling) and optimization. We will be tweeting interesting bits on how to use the SUMO Toolbox, hidden features and share recent updates from the developers. We will also share recent developments in Machine Learning and how it can affect finding a solution for your problems.
Since the release of the SUMO Toolbox 2015a we discovered a couple of bugs which arise on rare occasions. These bugs will be fixed for the next version of the SUMO Toolbox. However if you happen to come across one of them please let us know through the contact form so we can send you a quick fix.
It's been a while since we last posted a new movie on our YouTube channel. Due to our work on the latest release of the Toolbox and several projects we simply lacked time.
